Delivery Details: Centurion Manor Giftware will always do our best to meet quoted delivery expectations but unfortunately we can not always guarantee it. If we are unable to supply the house sign required to your specifications, then you will be notified as soon as possible (either by email or by phone) after an order has been received. At which point a full refund or an alternative arrangements will be made.
We contact all customers by email or phone once an order is received, this is to confirm correct order, costing and to state expected delivery time. Because all Centurion Manor Giftware house signs are produced to order, no house signs are supplied from stock, our delivery times are 21-28 days from confirmation of order. QUALITY TAKES TIME.
House Signs: Whilst Centurion Manor Giftware strive for quality in all our house signs, the colour of motifs may vary slightly from shown on our web site this is due to the limitations of some browser software and monitors. All our house sign tiles are frost and water proof, and comes with a 10 year guarantee.
REMEMBER!!! This is a ceramic product, well made and durable, but if you over tighten when mounting you will crack your house sign. Unfortunately we can not replace house signs under these circumstances.
All house sign sizes quoted are approximate due to the ceramic properties and the firing process. Always allow a min-max of 10mm from stated sizes.
Cancellations/Returns: If for what ever reason your house sign needs to be returned please notify us within 7 days of delivery and before you dispatch. Your house sign should reach you in perfect condition, if yours does not or if it has not been created to your instructions you have the right to cancel the house sign contract, where by once returned goods have been received either a full refund of your monies or a replacement of goods will be met. Returns are made at the customers expense, although this may be wavered in certain circumstances.
All, if any complaints will be acknowledged and a satisfactory conclusion met within 3 working days. Please contact Centurion Manor Giftware as soon as a possible complaint arises. We only want satisfied customers. It is not our policy to turn complaints into disputes.
Payment: House signs are not allocated for production sequence until full payment has been met. All quoted prices are in UK sterling. they are a total prices including delivery unless stated otherwise when a confirmation of order is received. Cheques should be made payable to Centurion Manor Giftware. You can order your house sign online, by letter, by phone or by fax, where by advise on payment can be sort.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of your house sign. You as the customer will be liable for these duties.
Guarantee: All Centurion Manor Giftware house signs are guaranteed for 10 years. If during that 10 year period (dated from dispatch) your house sign deteriorates unexpectedly in any way, due to climate exposure, sun fading or extreme climate change, excluding deliberate or accidental damage. We will refurbish the house sign or replace it with an identical house sign free of charge.
Our guarantee is provided because we believe in our products, it is there in addition to your statutory rights.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Centurion Manor Giftware against any claims losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. All house sign prices are a total price, stated correctly but will always be confirmed before any work is begun.
